Rejected petition Allow vehicle Tax to begin on any chosen day not just the 1st of each Month.

Currently when you tax a vehicle it starts from the 1st of the month but in today's digital world a lot of people are paying for tax from the 1st of the month when they haven't used the vehicle from the 1st. This effects everyone that sells a vehicle or taxes a vehicle!

The public are loosing money if they can't tax a vehicle on the 1st of the month due to not being serviced or selling a vehicle as you only get a rufund on full months. Now tax discs no longer have to be issued or displayed we should make the system fairer and update it inline with modern ways of working and living.
