Whilst this will offer a welcome respite for new buyers entering the market we feel this is a slap in the face to those who completed during or just after lockdown despite significant changes in their economic situation. People that completed house purchases during this period kept the market afloat and are going to have their house prices most affected by the predicted post-COVID-19 price crash. We ask for equal consideration to be given to these buyers and sellers during this period of economic uncertainty.
