Rejected petition Fireworks to be held 5th Nov 7-10pm & New Years Eve 11pm-1am ONLY

Fireworks to be held 5th November 7pm-10pm and New Year’s Eve 11pm-1am only
Fireworks being held or let off outside of these times should be illegal.
This is to elevate the issue for animal owners so they are able to prepare knowing exactly when fireworks are being held.

More details

This will allow animal owners to know exactly when fireworks are set to go off, there are no unexpected dates/times
Too many animals have died due to fireworks going off earlier or later than the 5th of November.
If they are set to certain dates and times this should elevate the issue for animal owners, so they can prepare for the upcoming events.
