Electric scooters are toys they shouldnt be under a law where you Need a licence or insurance or tax as they dont hit 30mph and dont standards along side as normal trafic. There kids toys and people use them instead of cars so they saves the enviroment

Many people are angry. The police are taking them of kids. They aint cheap. We Need A new law where there aint classed as a road going taxible vechicle. classed as toys
