Reduce the qualifying age for free bus travel to 60 for the whole of England in line with the rest of the United Kingdom.

Reducing the qualifying age to 60 may increase the use of public transport thereby reducing the amount of cars on the roads, in turn, reducing polution.

Why was this petition rejected?
