When a setting is available to completely turn off endless scrolling, people can easily limit their exposure to continuous content. However, leaving individuals to rely solely on constant vigilance to control their social media habits is exhausting and feels like an ongoing battle. By providing an option in the settings, users can make a one-time adjustment and effortlessly maintain healthier usage habits.
