Rejected petition: Stop plans to introduce the urban planning model of 15 minute cities.
Rejected on
Stop government introducing plans to implement the urban planning model of 15 minute cities. Currently ministers have plans to give power to local councils to bring in 15 minute cities. Stop this urban planning model altogether.
Stop the implication of 15 minute cities because they fuel class division, they are extremely difficult to implement, essential services in areas of high population would be overwhelmed, the disabled and aged would be disadvantaged and isolated by the nature of the 15 minute city concept, they increase areas of traffic congestion and thus pollution, they place limits on the freedom of the population and additional costs on the population by imposing fines and penalties.
