Rejected petition: Reopen and reinvestigate all alleged false domestic abuse immigration cases

Rejected on

Reopen and reinvestigate every domestic-abuse immigration claim. Give British partners the right to be heard. Impose prison, fines, and community service for proven false allegations. Revoke leave to remain, strip British citizenship, and remove those who obtained status fraudulently

This immigration route exists to protect genuine victims. Instead, it is being
systematically exploited. false domestic abuse claims are used to gain indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship, after which the British partner and children are abandoned, leaving families suffering severe emotional harm. False allegations must carry strict penalties like prison or fines. A status or citizenship obtained through fraud must be revoked, no matter how long ago it was granted.
