Rejected petition: Make all parks safe and secure enough to stop children escaping them

I would like the UK government to ensure every local council in the country makes certain that every children's play park is enclosed with fencing and a secured gate. This is down to the fact that not all but a lot of parks are partially open or have easy means for young children to get out.
Me and my wife believe that parks should be for all children of any age, therefore they should all be safe secure places that you can take your young children without constant worry they may get out and run off, for example our local park has a big gate on the front but the back is completely wide open to fields with livestock and multiple streams with big drops, so we do not take our kids to this park, we have to go and find suitable secure parks but this isn't always an option for everyone!
