Rejected petition: Make using the likeness of and/or involving children in sexual videos illegal
Rejected on
Amongst current UK laws and legislations surrounding no contact child sexual assault the wording is currently broad and with poor defined limits. I want a law to be passed that prohibits minors/ likeness of minors to be involved, in any capacity, in videos which discuss or suggest future sex content
Whilst our country currently has some laws surrounding non contact child sexual abuse the currently guidelines to uphold this as listed with CPS are broad/poorly defined. An uprise in inappropriate conduct with children has appeared online so I implore you make it illegal to involve any child/likeness of a child to be featured in any video discussing, suggesting or preluding to future sexual behaviours/ make it illegal to promote sexual material on pages that also contain videos of children.
