Although the country voted to leave the EU 3 years ago, much has happened in over this time which indications strongly suggest has changed the public opinion.

If petition 241584 (Revoke Article 50 and remain in the EU) is deemed too strong and undemocratic (despite the overwhelming popularity), instead the country should hold a 2nd referendum which has 2 concurrent votes:

Vote 1. Should the UK still leave the EU, or should we remain.
Vote 2. If the result of Vote 1 is to Leave, should the UK leave with the Prime Ministers deal, or with No Deal.

Having this as 2 concurrent votes negates the unfair advantage of splitting the Leave vote.
