Petition Fund free parking at hospitals for all healthcare students on placements
I want the Government to fund free parking at Hospitals for trainee Doctors and Nurses. Many trainee Doctors and Nurses are having to pay parking charges whilst on placement at Hospitals during their training period.
More details
For example, some trainee staff working full time at a hospital during placement, for which they don't get paid, and then have to pay £30.00 per week to park. Over a 7-week placement parking will cost them £210.00
I think this is absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed to continue.

What are petition debates?
Petition debates are ‘general’ debates which allow MPs from all parties to discuss the important issues raised by one or more petitions, and put their concerns to Government Ministers.
Petition debates don’t end with a vote to implement the request of a petition. This means that MPs will not vote on the requests of the petitions at the end of the debate.
